Spirithoods Panda Bear

The problem with looking on Ebay for bargains is that you end up with bargains you didn't need. So they're actually a waste of money. But oh well, welcoming Panda Bear to my growing hood collection!

It does have a small splodge of nail varnish on one paw which is a pain, but it was only £25 and it's super cosy! I couldn't get any good photos in it though because I just don't suit hoods at all. But cosy cosy cosyyy. I do prefer the new version, but I prefer the price of this one.

Expecting another Spirithoods delivery tomorrow. Might be a bit excited, because it's a doozy!

BMC: Pick 'N' Mix & Doctor Who

The ammo for October, Pick 'N' Mix, had new bright prints. So naturally, I bought the black pieces (and a few older things to bulk up my orders!).

My second order was the first to arrive as US shipping is way quicker, and the Black Milk Sharkies Muscle Top. This was a US only piece, for some reason...and I stupidly bought the same size as before even though it's miles too big on me. I worry that a smaller size would be snug on my hips, but it's so huge I think sizing down is probably wise (even though I already ordered another one in this size and already owned two...). Also grabbed the Racing Stripe Leggings from a weekly release back in August. Can never have too many black basics. Plus these have pockets!

My first order was from the worldwide site, and the piece was the amazing Biker Dress. It was the same price as an IOD, so very pricey! Naturally I was worried about not having enough boob for it, but the dress as a whole runs a bit small. The elastic straps allow for different bust sizes, though! I'm not convinced about it on me yet as the skirt sticks out oddly over my lumps, so I guess I just need to tone up and slim down.

And I also finally caved and bought The Shredder Dress. I've loved it since I found the brand but was worried about the length, so I decided to size down. I think I could size down again really as there is still plenty of room in it. On the lookout for a nice belt to wear with it, as it definitely needs one! I wish Fox & Owl weren't so expensive.

The Doctor Who collection dropped at the start of November, and was a huge collection! I'm not a huge fan of the show so I had to restrict myself and be picky.

Tardis Inside Out Dress was my biggest want, so I scooped one up straight away even though it's not limited (it just got restocked, if anyone reading is wanting one!). I preferred the inside print on the website, but I definitely prefer the outside on me!

I picked the Empty Child Muscle Top over the Schematic Tardis Muscle Top as I figured I didn't need more than one piece with a Tardis design. The episode it's taken from creeps me out so bad though!

Customs fairy still ceases to smile upon me, so I find myself super skint again...

At least my Galaxy Blue Skirt that I bought from a Ebay came without customs...I should buy from Europe more often!

Spirithoods Grey Wolf

A few months ago I bought a Grey Wolf from Ebay, but ended up getting refunded as the seller was in hospital and their other half posted it but it rather conveniently got lost in the post (all sounds like bull to me), but I managed to get tempted by another one.

The hood! The seller accidentally send me their sticky tape too, which I find endlessly amusing. There is also a label of their name sewn onto the inside! But other than that, aside from not being quite as soft as my other hoods, it appears to be in great condition.

I'm a little saddened by how much brown there is in it, as I'd prefer it to just be grey as it would match with things a lot better.

I feel so stupid wearing these things, but they're so comfortable! Still gutted I got HB3 in my Aurora Kitty as the headphone parts are kind of painful on my ear piercings.

On a hood ban now, only BM collaborations for me in future! I think a Galaxy Fox will be out soon, which I look forward to!

Black Milk Dream Pieces & Solestruck

So ages ago Black Milk and Solestruck had a shoe collaboration. I finally scored a cheap(-ish) pair on Ebay, so I thought I'd write a little review (as well as sharing some of my other recent Ebay buys).

While £40 is expensive to me for shoes, I figure these will have an okay resale value. The box is a bit battered, but it's clear that the shoes themselves have never been worn.

These are Jovy-Anne Burned Velvet boots. I'm not a huge fan of the boot style, if I'm honest. I didn't realise that the toes were slightly pointed, which makes them a bit tight on my wide feet. The fabric also has an odd shine...like they're too shiny to be a nice black. They will match a lot of things though, so I'll probably wear them a fair amount anyway.

The seller also had a Freak Stew Skater Skirt up for sale. I've liked this print for a while (even though it's creepy as), so I figured I'd risk it even though it's a size smaller than I usually buy. It fits exactly the same as my other skirts anyway though, if not bigger!

From a different seller I managed to get a dream piece in the form of Ouija Board Leggings. These are also an XS, so the seams stretch a lot on the butt & crotch. But they fit so much better on my legs than S do!

And then there's this...my ultimate dream piece! Someone wanted to sell theirs and must have seen me comment on a thread that I was looking for it as they messaged me directly, which was a nice surprise. And so, the Bone Machine Vs Galaxy Blue Inside Out Dress is mine! Just hoping it suits me, even though I'll keep it either way.

And the Galaxy Blue Scoop Skater, as someone happened to post one for sale the same time I posted a WTB for one! It's my first XS skater, and of course it fits better than all my others...although I do like to layer underneath in Winter, which wouldn't be comfortable in this one!

And impulse Ebay buy of New Liquids Leggings in the hope that they'll fit better than my Slicks! Sadly they have quite a lot of that annoying golden sheen than PVC tends to get, and there's no way my mum would let me wear them anyway... So much shiny!

Super Belated Jungle Look

Upon writing my last post, I realised that I didn't write about the Jungle Look collection! It was a good one for me as I got to pick up some staple pieces and try out the US site for the first time.

My initial buys were the Matte Pink Pocket Skater Skirt, Radimals Play Dress, and Matte Pink Bummers. Not long after I caved and got the I Eat Oily Mice Leggings from the Battle of the Kings release, and photos really don't capture the shininess! The platform sandals were Y.R.U cheapies from Ebay.

I really love this dress on! It feels kinda odd though as very tight across the chest and bunches a lot at the back due to my booty.

I missed the IOD when it was released, and in the end I decided to use HopShopGo to buy it from the US site! The shipping on it was expensive and I got hit by customs, but I'm glad I got it to add to my IOD collection ♥ It definitely doesn't suit me as well as the darker coloured ones though as my skin is too pale.

These are just some impule buys from Ebay - Crushed Velvet Fluro Pink Leggings and Wet Look Black Suspenders! Both were pretty cheap, so I can't tell myself off too much...although that pink is a bit bright for me! I feel like I should stop going on Ebay, but then I'd miss out some bargains for sure.

BM, Aliexpress, & Ebay Mini-Hauls

My Black Milk addiction continues!

I finally caught a couple restocks! I got the Wet Look Long Sleeve Crop, the Evil Cheerleader Lace Dress 2.0 that I'd been considering for ages (decided it's worth the price as I can wear it over anything!), and decided on the Tartan Red Toasties over the regular leggings (for now). I'm actually really impressed with the toasties and will definitely be buying more when ammo happens!

I ordered these two skirts on aliexpress from the seller zhou jack on July 12th as they were only £5.87 each. I kinda wanted the lavender one too, but figured I'd try these first as I can wear them with more. They're REALLY short (even my butt shows a little), but fit pretty comfortably and the straps are surprisingly soft!

From Ebay, I finally found an adorable sheer dress from Motel for £19. However, despite supposedly being a size 10, it's MILES too small. I could barely get it on without wearing a bra =/ and I'm a small 10. I can't even send it back as it made susupicious ripping noises when I tried to escape from it! It really sucks as it looks adorable. If only it were like 2 sizes bigger, grr.

But! I finally got my hands on some JC Litas! They're quite grubby and missing a few spikes, but I'm just happy to finally own some. These were only £35 too! They're a teeny bit big though. I don't even know what size they are as they're marked 7M, but they seem to be around a UK4.5.

So obviously I am continuing to fail at not shopping, but I am actually going to take back some things I bought recently. Hopefully I'll get some time to sort my things out at home soon too, but I doubt I'll get to as I seem to be either busy or exhauasted all the time!

Battle Of The Kings & Random Gets

I guess I'm mostly a shopping blog at the moment, huh? But don't worry! I'm quitting Ebay and trying to cut down on my stuff, although it's much easier said than done.

First up, the first half of my Battle Of The Kings Black Milk order is here, and customs free!

Plus another lookbook, which is pretty awesome.

I've loved the Midnight Owl print since forever and I looooove tartan, so nabbing this Purple Tartan vs Midnight Owl Inside Out Dress before it sold out was a dream come true! It did cost £170 (£94), but I think it's worth every penny (although I'm scared to wear things this nice!).

It doesn't come across too well in photos, but the print is absolutely stunning. It's sure to be in the next museum release, so keep an eye out.

I also accidentally bought these Suspender Hosiery for $40(£22.02) as they were in my cart still and I had to rush to check out, but they'll be pretty wearable when the weather gets cooler.

This bunch of stuff was from Ebay. Sadly the shoes are more worn that I had expected, but still acceptable (but gave the soles of my feet sores which my identical pair I bought new didn't!). The shirt needs modifying as it's a mens large, but I'm gonna turn it into a vest, I think. And of course, more BM! I paid too much for this Nylon Vs Death 2 Piece Black & White Swimsuit, but it's a perfect little bikini and the top could be worn casually I guess, so I can't feel too guilty.

Lastly, I went to town with Rob yesterday! This was my outfit (featuring those new creepers). You can see my failed ombré hair a little, it just went gingery brown on the ends.

I ended up buying a second ombré kit, pink dye, and 2 sales skirts from H&M (£4 & £5, + happiness at being sizes XS and 8 hehe).

Aaaaand my yummy lunch of a mexican veggie burger with a pint of cider and black (my first pint in months!).

I'm really torn as there were a couple things in town I really wanted but resisted...do I buy them or not? Hmm!

Game Of Thrones aka Yet More Black Milk

After falling in love with some items in this collection, I finally sat down and watched Game Of Thrones! I've also made more progress in reading A Clash Of Kings finally after starting it last Summer.

Customs was just over £30 again (boo). Ordered on 27th March, shipped on the 7th April, and arrived on the 22nd.

This time I got a Wonder Woman postcard, small sticker, and even a badge!

Drogon & Rhaegal Dragon Egg Skater Skirts - $60.01 (£33.37) each

I couldn't choose between the skirts, so I ended up buying both!

I probably shouldn't have, but I love them both so I don't regret it.

Drogon Dragon Egg Vegas Suit - $100.00 (£55.61)

I loved this when I saw it, but thought it was way too expensive and wouldn't look right on my chubby, flat-chested body. But I bought it on impulse one day when I needed cheering up...oops!

I found it funny that the size is printed on the crotch for some reason.

The cut is really strange as it doesn't stay covering my boobs at all, although this may be because my boobs are very small.

No booooooobs. Will need boobtape or glue or something!

It's fun to experiment with ways of tying it!

I'm really looking forward to hitting the beach in it, although I wish they'd released a regular swim version.

Velvet Mulled Wine Evil Cheerleader 2.0 - $120 (£66.73)

I also picked this up off Ebay for £44.20, so I saved quite a lot.

I love velvet, although when I wore this I ruined it immediately as my seatbelt rubbed against the shorts I was wearing underneath (I'd forgotten my safety shorts and don't like not being covered up). I'm hoping I can steam it out though, and at least I learned my lesson on how to treat velvet! It's still stunning anyway.

Cathedral Dress - Museum Piece

Lastly, I bought this from Sophie for £25! It's a size smaller than I'd have thought to buy, but it fits really well. I love it to pieces even though it's too low cut for my liking. I guess I have to learn to flaunt it!

This was the print that really got me into the brand, and it really doesn't disappoint. I think it'll be good for layering under shorts or even under tops to look like a skirt!

My addiction continues to grow! I'm really tempted to get the Drogon leggings just to complete my little set.

Black Milk Mad

I'm definitely converted to Sharkie-dom now! I just can't stop buying nylon.

BMO Scoop Skater Dress - $95 (£51.88)

I got this off Ebay from a girl I know for just under £45. It was a total impulse buy and I regretted it immediately as it's expensive for a random purchase and it was never a piece I particularly loved...but I love it now! The colour is great, and I saved quite a bit by buying second hand!

Barbie Spewed On me Cap Sleeve Bodysuit - ? Museum Piece

This was an even bigger impulse buy from Ebay, for £40 which was much higher than I had intended to bid! I was actually considering buying this a while back though, so it's nice to actually have it, even if it will be quite difficult to wear (it's pretty tight so bra shows through real bad haha). Should be great for summer though, if the weather ever picks up!

Must stop buying so much Black Milk...but I know that won't happen. I have 2 orders on the way!
